Arresting Child Predators Act of 2010

Official Title

A bill to amend titles 18 and 28 of the United States Code to provide assistance to the Federal law enforcement agencies in investigating offenses involving child victims.


Arresting Child Predators Act of 2010 - Amends the federal criminal code and the federal judicial code to extend the authority for issuing administrative subpoenas in cases involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children to the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS), the United States Postal Service (USPS), and the United States Marshals Service.
