Title

Protecting Workers and Improving Labor Standards Act

Official Title

A bill to repeal the authority under the National Labor Relations Act for States to enact laws prohibiting agreements requiring membership in a labor organization as a condition of employment, and for other purposes.

Bills like this help real Americans who are hardworking. Wages have steadily gone down as unions decrease, and the wealthy have gotten wealthier. Trickle down economics does not work, and if we want our country to prosper and be great again then we need to pass bills like this that empower the average worker. I know you are bought and paid for by big business, but bills like this is what a true representative of the people would write and pass.

Unions allow for working families to provide. It’s thanks to their work that we have benefits like healthcare and 401k
