What ever happened to this bill? I would go further to require all bills to be individual. No attachments, even if it may be related. All bills must stand on its own merits. If it cannot, it does not become a bill. All bills should also pass a simple test; Does this bill serve and protect The People of the United States (must be YES). Does this bill benefit special interests, Corporations, specific groups, such as the wealthy ( answer must be NO). No hidden agenda items. Bills would be so simple, toddler could understatement, making it easy for a Conservative to be able to perform some responsibility.
