Voting nay, only because the basic human rights of women and children should come 1st. The blatant disregard for the rights of ⚖️ woman and children have been ignored long enough. And if it takes withholding research funding to get you all to wake up; I can live with it. Focus on building a legacy which supports children's right to education, healthcare, food, and shelter and maybe they in turn will remember you fondly in their legislation. Create a generation of latch 🔑 children, well not so much.
