A bill to provide for interregional primary elections and caucuses for the selection of delegates to political party Presidential nominating conventions.
Fair and Representative Presidential Primaries Act of 2009 - Divides the United States into six regions of specified states to provide for: (1) interregional primary elections and caucuses, according to a certain order; and (2) selection of delegates to political party presidential and vice presidential national nominating conventions.
