Reliable Investment in Vital Energy Reauthorization Act

Official Title

A bill to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to reauthorize hydroelectric production incentives and hydroelectric efficiency improvement incentives, and for other purposes.

Summary

Reliable Investment in Vital Energy Reauthorization Act or the RIVER Act This bill amends the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to reauthorize through FY2027 and extend eligibility for the program of hydroelectric production incentives and incentive payments to the owners or operators of hydroelectric facilities at existing dams to make capital improvements directly related to improving efficiency.
    Mr. Gardner, Please keep your love of trickle down economics, especially those in favor of big corporate energy, out of Colorado. Her people deserve better. While your at it, keep your nose out of mine and any other women’s reproductive rights. Your religious right-wing Puritan views are not appropriate, nor appreciated.
