Providing for the attendance of the House at the Inaugural Ceremonies of the President and Vice President of the United States.

Summary

Amends H.Res. 23 (providing for the attendance of the House at the inaugural ceremonies of the President and Vice President of the United States) to require the House to proceed to the West front of the Capitol at noon (currently, 10:30 a.m.) on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, to attend such ceremonies.
