A matter of individual privacy is at stake here. Companies involved in these suites have been ordered to establish trust to allow civil law to hold them to be accountable for their wrong doings with out total devastation to their assets. Congress has been lobbied by greedy corporate heads to allow for extended privacy violations to victim's families. This is absolutely shameful. If a member of Congress were to be a part of such suite, I strongly doubt they would allow such information to be made public, much less even get to the House floor.
