    “Providing consideration” is simply the Corrupt party-line legislators form of “New Speak.” 🔵 Basically meaning, I will give you back something you technically have a human right to have, in exchange-consideration- for approval to deny the humans rights of someone else and/or for the benefit of the 1%. It is unconstitutional and another form of lobbying!
