An absolute disgrace to vote for this. Shame on me for voting for my representative. Fooled me once...

Reasonable, consensus science and good judgement should be the basis for rules. Using terms like "transparent" and "reproducible" is a deliberate effort to move the bar so every regulation could be challenged.

This is a thinly veiled attempt to neuter the Environmental Protection Agency and silence them in order to help industries by allowing them to harm our environment and contribute the global climate change. It is wrong and harmful to the interests of the American people and the world.

Very disappointed in this vote. The EPA is already vetted by virtue of it's role balancing industry, NGOs, and public concerns. It is already based on strong science.

Who would determine if such information is transparent or what can be reproduced? Scientists do this.

This administration has placed individuals in multiple agencies with the intention of gutting those agencies from the inside out, the EPA is one of those agencies..What we are witnessing by this administration goes far beyond partisan politics

A thinly veiled attempt to silence the EPA, and to allow every regulation they pass to be challenged.
