    Plea bargains and minimum mandatory sentences have significantly and negatively impacted the judicial adversarial process in the spirit of the Constitution. The right to a fair trial should not be impinged by reverse-penalization. We need more than just a guaranteed lawyer, officers of the court need to be mandated to uphold their oaths. Legislation that incentivized against them properly acting in the adversarial process is unconstitutional, and should be repealed. -a
