Allowing the President to selectively create and enforce new immigration laws stands in direct opposition to the system of checks-and-balances established in the Constitution.
This lawsuit would be a gross waste of time and taxpayer dollars that could be better used negotiating real immigration reforms. The President's use of executive action is totally legal.
