SEAT Act of 2009

Official Title

To deny certain Federal funds to any institution of higher education that admits as students aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States.


Secure Education for Americans Today Act of 2009 or SEAT Act of 2009 - Prohibits the provision of federal funds to institutions of higher education that admit illegal aliens. Prohibits such provision from being construed as denying federal student assistance to students attending such schools.
