Teen Dating Violence Prevention Act of 2009

Official Title

To reduce and prevent teen dating violence, and for other purposes.


Teen Dating Violence Prevention Act of 2009 - Authorizes the Attorney General to award grants to state, local, or tribal governments, nonprofit organizations, and community and faith-based organizations to provide services and education and counseling programs for runaway and homeless youth or other at-risk youth who are the victims of domestic or dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
