Polar Bear Delisting Act

Official Title

To delist the polar bear as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.


Polar Bear Delisting Act - Provides that the determination by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service of the threatened status of the polar bear under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 and the listing of such species as threatened shall have no force or effect.
