A live animal shouldn’t be stored in a plane’s cramped, poorly ventilated overhead compartment because they could die and this common sense, bipartisan bill would prohibit airlines from doing that ever again to their passengers’ pets.
Congress shouldn’t legislate this because it’s common sense that live animals shouldn’t be stored in a plane’s overhead compartment. Airlines will prevent flight attendants from doing this again in the future without this becoming law.
