To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase from 1 to 2 years the post employment restrictions on Members of the House of Representatives.

Summary

Amends the federal criminal code to increase from one year to two years after leaving office the period during which former Members of the House of Representatives may not engage in certain lobbying activities.
