TWIC Delivery Act of 2010

Official Title

To amend title 46, United States Code, to require delivery by United States mail of any transportation security card issued to an individual who resides in a remote location.


TWIC Delivery Act of 2010 - Directs the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to deliver biometric transportation security cards by U.S. mail to individuals who reside in a location where the nearest transportation security card enrollment center is not accessible by a state or federal road or is more than 100 miles away.
