Western Water Security Act of 2019
Official Title
To provide for the conduct of certain water security measures in the Western United States, and for other purposes.
I think we need to look at the extreme water mining in Arizona where China is growing 1000s of acres of hay to be exported to China. We are giving our national resource away. The aquifer is in trouble and China does not give a damn.
