Federal None of the Above Act of 2010
To permit voters to vote for "None of the Above" in elections for Federal office and to require an additional election if "None of the Above" receives the most votes.
Federal None of the Above Act of 2010 - Requires in each election for federal office for inclusion on the ballot after the names of all candidates a separate line for "None of the Above." Requires a new election within 30 days if "None of the Above" receives the most votes.
