Official Title

To preclude individuals who have a pending charge or have been convicted of a crime from serving as enumerators for the collection of census data.


Prohibits an individual who has a pending charge or has been convicted of a crime (other than a minor traffic offense) from serving as an enumerator for the collection of census data. Exempts any individual who holds an enumerator position as of the date of this Act's enactment.
