The bill would direct the General Services Administration (GSA) to sell a federal property in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the Amy Biehl High School Foundation for its fair market value. The GSA is an independent agency of the federal government that aids in managing and supporting the basic functions of other government agencies. Amy Biehl High School is a charter high school established in 2000. Since 2006, the school has leased the Old Post Office and Courthouse Building (pictured above).
