Official Title

To provide for a reduction in the pay of the Secretary of Health and Human Services until the Web site is certified as fully functional.


Government Lacks Insight To Choose Health Act or the GLITCH Act - Requires the pay of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to be reduced by 5% for the first month after the first determination by the Comptroller General (GAO) that the website is not fully functional and by an additional 5% for each subsequent month until such website is determined to be fully functional. Requires the Comptroller General to make such determination on the 15th of each month.
