It is ludicrous that in this day in age there isn't a protection and guarantee that safeguards the majority of the population in our country (we make up 51% and more males have sex change) from wage discrimination and assures us that we're going to be compensated equally to our male counterparts
The wage gap is a myth. If all variables were the same and women got paid less than men, then I'd be outraged. However, you can't have a figure regarding wages that includes unemployed people, it's retarded. Plus women typically CHOOSE to go into lower paying fields, funny because women are being accepted to colleges far more than men.
