Should Veterans Be Exempt From The Affordable Care Act At Work?

Argument in favor

Veterans often have difficulty finding work, and businesses that hire them deserve flexibility with the Affordable Care Act. Additionally, the veterans in question already have health coverage.

Everyone should be exempt from the ACA because the ACA is terrible. I'm for any exemption possible for the ACA except for a Congressional exemption.

Argument opposed

Has the potential to unfairly influence hiring, as an otherwise "large" business could avoid offering health insurance if it looked like a small business via the veteran exemption.

If it is such a good law, no one should be exempt from its goodness!
