Official Title

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the 7.5 percent threshold on the deduction for medical expenses.


Amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal the requirement that medical expenses exceed 7.5% of taxpayer adjusted gross income before any amount of such expenses may be deducted from such income.
