Fiduciary Responsibility and Fairness Act of 2013

Official Title

To amend title 31, United States Code, to exempt expenditures or obligations of funds derived from user fees from certain limitations under the Antideficiency Act, and for other purposes.


Fiduciary Responsibility and Fairness Act of 2013 - Exempts from the prohibition against making or authorizing an expenditure or obligation of federal funds exceeding an amount available in an appropriation or fund (Antideficiency Act) an expenditure or obligation derived from user fees.
