I support this bill. Large percentage of union members supported the new POTUS in the elections. Why? We need jobs, we want jobs. I believe in carrying my own weight and appreciate my Rail job. If this bill fails, it could serve as an omen as to how the new administration views working middle class. I just don't understand how our country can remain strong with increasing populations and fewer jobs? I understand railroads needs to stay competitive and profitable,,, and I help them by working efficiently and safely when on duty. Cutting jobs away from American families is not an answer. Corporate profits continue to be strong and will remain that way. These companies need to be sure and solve labor problems through attrition if problems and technology dictate. Taking away these jobs not only affects the worker but everyone he or she supports.
