Official Title

To provide dollars to the classroom.


Dollars to the Classroom Act - Requires at least 95% of any federal funds made available to a state by the Secretary of Education for elementary or secondary education to be used: (1) for academic and classroom or classroom-related purposes, or (2) at the elementary or secondary school level.
