After learning the facts of long term health issues and deaths related to smoking; wasn't there similar legislation passed for its influence on minors? With the information out there re how detrimental these "faux" foods are,..why should there be a tax breaks for these companies?! And yes, let parents decide and parent making choices for their kids but don't reward those for bombarding kids with information known to be unhealthy.

Lay off businesses already. Parents need to take ownership of educating their children.

Consumerism and marketing of poor nutrition brainwashes Americans and leads to countless health problems. It may seem inconsequential, but our sensitive minds need to be fed information on how to live a long, healthy life. It seems like media is against us in their bombardments of chemically-composed "food" everywhere we turn.

I'm not for marketing poor nutritional quality food at kids...quite the opposite. But I'm a musician. Say I'm doing the music for a commercial. I profit, deduct related expenses...they told me it was for the Presidents' Day Carpet sale, not dinosaur shaped partially chicken nuggets...
