Official Title

To repeal the fossil fuel consumption percentage reduction requirements for Federal buildings under the Energy Conservation and Production Act.


Amends the Energy Conservation and Production Act to repeal a requirement that certain new federal buildings and federal buildings undergoing major renovations be designed to reduce fossil fuel-generated energy consumption.
