To eliminate the sporting purposes distinction in the gun laws.

Summary

Repeals provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and the federal criminal code distinguishing firearms used or suitable for sporting, recreational, or cultural purposes from firearms used generally.
    It is time to adhere to the meaning of the 2nd Amendment. We must be able to defend all that needs defending. A weapon is a weapon.
