Reasonable Prudence in Regulation Act

Official Title

To delay for 1 year the date for compliance with certain regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System under subchapter IV of chapter 53 of title 31, United States Code.


Reasonable Prudence in Regulation Act - Extends from December 1, 2009, to December 1, 2010, the deadline for compliance with specified regulations prohibiting the funding of unlawful Internet gambling (Regulation GG).
