The current lack of access to healthy foods in U.S. cities prevents citizens from eating healthy has caused massive health problems, like child obesity, that need to be addressed.
H.R. 1833 only tackles the problem of access to healthy foods. The bloated bill fails to fix the lack of education or lower the high costs of local produce that also keep people from eating well.
