To direct the Securities and Exchange Commission to suspend the application of mark-to-market accounting.

Summary

Directs the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to suspend, for mandatory reports submitted after January 1, 2008, application of mark-to-market accounting provided in Statement 157 of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
