What is House Bill H.R. 1204?

Directs Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security to establish in the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) an Aviation Security Committee which requires the Assistant Secretary to consult with the Committee in order to improve security. Requires the Assistant Secretary to appoint to the Advisory Committee members representing up to 32 member organizations, including air carriers, cargo air, labor, and more.
