Constitutional Amendment - Grants all persons the right to a clean, safe, and sustainable environment.
If we have the right to bear arms we should have a right to a clean and healthy environment. That’s an oversimplification, but change is necessary to avoid more Flint water crises and keep our major city’s from looking like Beijing. We should be able to drink our water, eat fish from our streams, see the sun not smog, and be confident that all of our natural resources will be there for generations to come
