The department of Health and Human Services said Tuesday it will triple the size of an immigration detention camp outside El Paso to accommodate up to 3,800 migrant children, reports the Dallas Morning News.
The details: Kenneth Wolfe, a spokesman for HHS, said the expansion is in response to the growing number of new arrivals at the border, not the administration’s family separation policy that ended in June after amid widespread rebuke. Wolfe said that the Tornillo site will stay open through the end of the year.

How about increasing the number of all staff needed to adjudicate each person’s or family’s request for asylum instead of creating what amounts to concentration camps! Furthermore with the continued influx why not try discussions with Mexico to address a common problem instead of the adversarial approaches by the current administration.
Stop stealing the children. If ICE is deporting the adults, the children sons go back with them. If the country is to dangerous to send the children back to, it's to dangerous to send the adults back to, start the asylum process in those situations, and keep the families together. This is not rocket science. Just apply a little common sense.
Do not allow expansion of determent camps for children or adults. This is despicable policy that is just like Nazi Germany. This is inhuman and destroying families and psychologically damaging children. This is child abuse. Quite protecting this administrations horrific policies that have put a black mark on our country. You are supposed to check and balance the executive branch. The majority of the country want you to do just that. Please bring back country over party.
