Good morning, CountaBuddies!
Congress is back this week and the administration is focusing on infrastructure goals.
Will we get somewhere by the end of the week or are we on a road to nowhere? You’ll only know if you pay attention!
President Trump will the Air Traffic Control Reform Initiative at 11:30 AM EDT. Watch it here.
This evening the President and First Lady will host a dinner for Gold Star families. Do you think Khizr and Ghazala Khan got an invitation?
Be vigilant, CountaFam! With Congress back there’s even more to keep track of. Don’t worry, we’ll help.

Oppose privatizing air traffic control. Our air traffic is too important to be privatized. I cannot imagine how this can at all be beneficial for Americans! Please loudly oppose! Let Air Force One have privatized air traffic control and see how well that works for 45!
Privatization will place another layer between the people and the airports. We have seen so-called non profits with boards that are subject to their shareholders control oversight. There is no guarantee that they will uphold the highest standards of safety and control unnecessary spending. Ultimately, the government will pay.
As a pilot, I am intimately familiar with the ATC system, it's current problems and the FAA solutions which are due for completion in 2020. Privatizing the ATC system will only benefit large airlines and the companies formed to replace the FAA system. General aviation and the flying public will suffer and the promised benefits are unlikely to materialize. Please fight against the proposed privatization of ATC.
Friends deserve our support as Israel celebrates this anniversary it's friends should attend.
Absolutely NO PRIVATIZATION of the Air Traffic Control system!!! Impeach the lunatic; that is the most important and best thing that can be done for the USA!
Again and again. NO. ABSOLULUTELY NO! Our government must oversee and keep rules and regulations in place for our air industry. Private business will jack up the costs for their shareholders and not follow safety guidelines if not forced to.
Trump's new infrastructure plan sells our roads & airways to billionaires but puts tolls on working families. Congress needs to reject it!
Democrats have just introduced House Concurrent Resolution 63, the #MillionsOfJobs principles about what does belong in an infrastructure bill and what definitely does not. Please support this resolution! American infrastructure does NOT belong in the hands of foreigners! COUNTRY BEFORE PARTY, Mr. Blunt!
I oppose privatization of air traffic control
They probably should as a symbol of our friendship, especially considering how we are retreating back into our protective shells towards so much of the world under this administration. Although, Israel is the one country the Republicans will try to play nice with always so I imagine this will go through easily.
