    We’re ruining our cities and we have to be more structured and resources to these people and I think it’s mental health

    Homelessness leads to many health conditions; without stability, the population is at a disadvantage. Homelessness significantly affects groups and sub-groups with pre-existing health conditions. Affordable housing cost and rent are a chronic risk factor affecting the disenfranchised community. Notwithstanding, the federal government should seek alternative funding to alleviate this feared condition and allow access to the Section 8 voucher program. The voucher system should stringent agreements. After all, "Housing is Health Care".
