We're hearing a lot about potential voter fraud in the news right now. But are the dead really voting?

Frankly, there is evidence that the dead have voted before- we saw in the 1960 election when many deceased people did vote for John Kennedy. However, there is little evidence to support this in modern day. A study by a professor with Loyola Law found 31 credible instances of voter fraud amongst 1 billion votes cast in 10 years. Furthermore, in ten years, the state of Texas- a very large state for those who don't know- had 4 prosecutions for voter impersonation in a 10 year span. Voter impersonation is rare and unlikely. All these numbers show is that we need to update our voter registration system.
The dead aren't voting. This is another nutjob conspiracy theory to indirectly cause more voter suppression. There have been only 31 cases of voter fraud out of 1 billion votes cast over a 10-year period.
Project Veritas has proven voting fraud. People are reporting voting for Trump then it flips to HRC. One only has to compare the crowds to know even the media polls are a lie. Democrats cheat, lie, steal, any tactic goes just so long they win. The party of despicable.
Voter disenfranchisement!....find a way! Or just improve voter Registration. Is this hard to do?
