If you are talking about anything other than repealing the offense TAX SCAM THEN SAVE YOUR BREATH! Any reduced taxes will be short lived with crippling increases after mid term elections (WHAT A COINCIDENCE)! I watched the Senate hearing and witnessed Pence repeatedly hammered on the desk like Khruschev commanding the Sergeant of Arms to bring order in the gallery as one by one people were dragged from the chamber echoing “kill the bill, don’t kill us!” as smiling Republicans voted to pay off their campaign contributors. I listened to testimony citing that 35% of the corporate interests are held by foreign interests and that they will receive payoffs in 2019 of $5 BILLION AND BY 2027 that figure going abroad will be $40 BILLION annually, all to be paid from middle class taxes. All to be paid by our children and grandchildren! The passing of the Tax bill is troublesome and a clear example of the underlying problem with our government. Republicans are popping champagne corks now but come Election Day, they will be replaced. When the Democrats have control of the House and Senate they will pass bills that favor their party and so we are on this continual back and forth very divisive path of destruction. There should be an equal number of Democrats and Republicans in both the House and Senate with none of the Vice President tie breaking. Every bill should require a minimum of 60% majority of combined Republicans and Democrats to pass. Perhaps then we can unite America and stop the destruction!! IN THE MEANTIME, VOTE THE REPUBLICANS OUT OF OFFICE!!

So, let me get this straight. A resolution to affirm the Iranian people’s right to protest. Wow. Current US administration condemns our right to protest as fake news, and vilified NFL players for taking a knee, calls out truth as fake news and alternative facts, and we are wasting precious time to declare rights for Iran. I find that absolutely laughable. And as for Chester’s comment about the Democratic platform ... you betcha bub!

I’ve disagreed with Previous Administrations, but always respected the office. This Administration not only doesn’t deserve any respect, but seems hell bent on ending anything descent and just for the majority of Americans. If the GOP can’t or won’t put this Country before their Party, we will vote them out. Gerrymandering won’t save them.

At Camp David plotting, djt (the ultimate con) & the grossly negligent, malfeasant, sycophant republicans watched the movie, “The Greatest Showman”, about P. T. Barnum, whose most famous quote is, “There’s a sucker born every minute.” How appropriate, I have zero faith in the 115th congress and await the midterm elections for a FLIP.

Don’t see anything about reauthorizing CHIP funding. Just going to let those 9 million kids and their parents suffer. Sick kid? No insurance. Should the parents tell those kids that congress is composed of cold and insensitive people who would prefer that kids who are sick stay sick, because congress used all its money buying big tax breaks for their monied friends? Hey, Rob Portman Senator from Ohio: How much health care could the 42 billion dollars you gave to your friends in the craft beer industry buy? Making beer is apparently more important to you than making sick kids well.

If you vote Democrat you need to ask yourself if you support 1. Big Government 2. Higher taxes 3. Murder of unborn babies 4. Gun control or the banning of all guns 5. The immorality of supporting Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender movement. To include Gay marriage and Transgenders in the Military. 6. Political Correctness 7. Socialism 8. Anti-God and Anti-Israel 9. Global Warming or Climate Change 10. Open borders If you believe in all this you’re voting correctly when voting for Democrats! If you don’t believe in all this but still vote Democrat you’ve been Indoctrinated into going against your beliefs.

Regarding House Res. 676, this is the ultimate in hypocrisy. Congress has repeatedly tried to stop American citizens right to protest. And “protecting” protests in Iran love pokes like one more step on the way to war.

The only thing congress should be doing right now is impeaching the idiot reality star voted in by an undereducated minority. After that, they can send the rest of his administration to jail for treason and conflicts of interest. Then they can work on taking out big oil so we can have alternative energy to protect our people and our planet. Once that's done, it will be time to upgrade our education, health care system, and infrastructure. Anything else is utter nonsense right now.

Religion is the cause of these issues, I would express that we should set the example as a secular nation and treat all religions ( Christians and Muslims) both positive and negative - equally.

What Congress should be debating is if there is still any shred of confidence in this president. Haley and Tillerson have important things to take care of rather than being paraded on “T. V.” trying to sway the public’s opinion about his stable genius really smart blather. Thou protests too much ....

We need to get rid of every member of Congress that has had two terms. We need to make lobbying against the law. We need to break up the news media because they are a monopoly. Science has advanced so far now that they can tell for sure if your lying, it’s time to make our politicians take those tests every time they are caught lying. Last but not least, it’s time to dump the Federal Reserve. Warn them that any move to take the United States under will result in our armed forces mounting a full retaliatory attack on them, their families, and their businesses.

I’m going to be paying attention to Tuesday which will feature votes on bills to track the movements of terrorist fighters, their activities and funding. The First of my great concerns is that of of tracking the “Order of Battle” of the wide range of not only established, but also potential terrorist organizations which are in their infancy stages of getting established. The Second particular interest which Congress should be of concern is that of splinter groups from ISIS as example. These splinter groups are spreading their political philosophy across Africa, Europe, and SouthEast Asia. These terrorist groups have become more and more sophisticated in their conducting of operations combining tactical with intelligence and propaganda which are getting more folks to join their elements from the early age on up. The Third of my concerns is that our Intelligence Agencies are provided applicable approval, authority, and funding to support the National Interests of the USA 🇺🇸 in countering the seen expansion of combined interests of numerous Sponsors of Terrorism and the active Terrorist Organizations World Wide. 1*07*18

When will my representatives consider what we want instead of what the lobbyists want? When is immigration going to get fixed? When is social security going to be saved from the very people who are destroying it? When will the tax reform bill fix the things no body bothered to read and therefore didn’t fix it first? When will we stop giving away everything to illegal immigrants instead of our veterans and our senior citizens? When?
