Do you support the ACA? Should the Trump administration defend it? Should Congress? Do we need a new healthcare law? Take action above and tell your reps, then share your thoughts below.

Healthcare was the top concern of Americans during the midterm elections; specifically, protections patients with preexisting conditions from paying higher premiums. It continues to be the major concern of Americans; only taking a temporary backseat to getting the hundreds of thousands federal employees back to work. The GOP has not provided an acceptable option to replace ACA. As it is, representatives must do everything possible to provide their constituents with all the protections they need. Until Medicare for all is passed, ACA must stay.
Let's not just support but pass Medicare for all
Universal Healthcare is what we need
Obamacare raised my premiums. Get rid of Obamacare! It was a Trojan horse to begin with and is still wasting our tax dollars! Free market is the best way to go.
Until we get a Universal Healthcare System up and running, people need their insurance. No more medical bankruptcy. No more choices between food and medicine.
The Radical Republican Right has tried over 50 times to destroy the ACA, but failed at each attempt. The majority of our citizens (54%) not only want the ACA, but want more government provided healthcare. The Trump/Pence Regime is on a one way trip to self destruction... it’s only a matter of time!
Far more difficult than defending it against a lawsuit is to try defending it against laws of economics and of morality. Try it in those courts and it comes out looking pitiful.
The United States needs affordable health care for all citizens. Other civilized countries manage to provide universal coverage, lower costs and better outcomes than we have. It is time to fix the broken health care system. Insurance companies, the pharmaceutical industry and their lobbyists are a big part of of the problem. If the name ACA is holding up progress, change the name and move forward with a plan that protects pre-existing conditions and provides affordable care to all Americans. If this puts for profit insurance companies out of business, oh well.
Seems like all Republicans want to do is disrupt ...without regard to whether something works or not...
We should support the ACA because of the good it has done but more importantly we should work towards Medicare for all!
The Affordable Health Care Act protects those with pre-existing conditions and those who might otherwise not have health care. This plan should be protected!
The Democrats are afraid of subsequent law suits showing they illegally pushed this crap through and that they will take a political hit. This is the only reason they are trying to push this. The fact is Obama bin laden LIED to ALL Americans when he said you get to keep your existing health care. This is the same idiocy as the idiot bitch Pelosi saying “don’t bother reading the bill just sign it.” Talk about a corrupt and dishonest Democrap representative who is now showing her true character as an obstructive elitist and she could care less about Americans. The other corrupt idiot is her partner in crime Schumer. This guy is the worst. America is doomed with these two in office!
The ACA needs to be retained and expanded
The Affordable Care Act should be defended in court, remain in place as law, be enforced as permitted by law, and enhanced to cover more people, decrease premiums and deductibles
Obamacare needs to be defended and preserved as an interim step to universal single payer healthcare. Anyone willing to look honestly at the data will find that free market strategies have not worked in healthcare but have in fact increased costs, complexity and confusion. We have created a medical/healthcare system for the rich and the highest bidder. Obamacare does not rectify that problem. It did take important steps in that direction, however, and needs to be defended.
Many Americans depend on the ACA. Until we get something better, like Medicare for all, we must protect the law that provides so many people with their needed coverage.
Support ACA. Keep ACA. Strengthen ACA. We need eventually to get to a universal national health program. But right now we need to Keep ACA. I depend upon the individual market of ACA for my health insurance. Keep ACA. Keep essential health benefits. Keep real pre existing conditions coverage. Keep ACA.
Obamacare has to go. Keep coverage for preexisting conditions and be on parents healthcare until age of 26, other than that Obamacare was a disaster.
No. I lost my doctor and my insurance plan.
