Conference Committee to Hold Public Meeting On Tax Bill
Join us and tell your reps how you feel!
The GOP’s tax reform push will take another step forward Wednesday, as the conference committee tasked with ironing out the differences between the House and Senate versions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act will hold a public meeting at 2pm ET.
If you tune in, don’t expect to see any major breakthroughs in negotiations made while lawmakers are in a public forum — most of the dealmaking will occur away from the cameras.
